Cardholder Access and Capabilities

The cardholder can access real-time information related to their True Link Visa® Prepaid Card. This access gives cardholders independence and reduces the number of routine questions administrators need to answer. 

In this article, you’ll receive an overview of the information cardholders can access.

Cardholder access

Cardholders have access to several types of information. This information can be accessed using the various channels available to cardholders, which include True Link’s automated phone system, a live customer support representative, text message, the True Link Financial mobile app, and True Link’s cardholder online portal.

For activities that are accessible through the website, cardholders can log onto their True Link portal by going to https://member.truelinkfinancial.com/sign-in. To sign in, the cardholder will need to enter the last 4 digits of their Card number, the last 4 digits of their Social Security number, and their date of birth. 

Instructions for cardholders to download the True Link mobile app can be found here. Cardholders sign in by entering the last 4 digits of their Card number, the last 4 digits of their Social Security number, and their date of birth.
