Review Upcoming Transfers

To prepare for upcoming purchases, cardholders can see upcoming transfers made through the True Link system to their True Link Visa® Prepaid Card. 

Please be aware that cardholders are not able to request or see information about upcoming transfers made via direct deposit. See our article on transferring funds to a Card for more information on funding the Card through the True Link system versus funding the Card through direct deposit. 

In this article, you’ll learn how cardholders can review upcoming transfers. 

Upcoming transfers 

Cardholders have three ways to review upcoming transfers: 

Option 1 - True Link Financial mobile app: Cardholders can download and log in to the mobile app to review upcoming transfers. At the bottom of the home page, cardholders can view their next three upcoming transfers. The date shown in this list is the day the transfer will initiate. Cardholders can tap on the transfer to see a timeline for when they can expect funds to land.


Option 2 - Automated phone system: Cardholders can call 1-800-299-7646 to review upcoming transfers through True Link’s 24/7 automated phone system. 

  • Press 3 to hear the next scheduled transfer. 
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the Card number. 
  • Enter the 4 digits of the year the cardholder was born.
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the cardholder Social Security number. 
  • Once the information is confirmed, upcoming transfers will be read to the caller. 

Option 3 - Customer Support: Cardholders can receive information on upcoming transfers by contacting our Customer Support team.
