Update Cardholder Information

If a cardholder has a new address or phone number, you can update their information directly from your administrator dashboard.

Update information 

To update cardholder information, take the following steps: 

  • From your administrator dashboard, go to the “Account” tab for the relevant cardholder
  • Scroll down to the “Cardholder information” section of the page. 
  • Next to “Address” or “Phone,” click the blue “Edit” button.
  • Enter the new information in the pop-up window and click the green “Save” button in the right-hand corner of the window. 

Address changes will be processed within 2-4 business days. The new address will be displayed once the update is processed. Phone number changes will be updated and reflected in the dashboard immediately.
