Customize Alerts

If the True Link Visa® Prepaid Card you administer has Alerts settings, you can set customizable alerts on your dashboard. Alerts allow you to receive email or text notifications for the cards that you manage. 

To customize alerts, log in to your True Link administrator dashboard and go to the “Alerts” tab for the cardholder you would like to set alerts for.

There are three sections on the alerts page, and you can customize alerts across each section. 

  • Top-line alerts: Receive alerts for transactions above a specified amount, when the Card balance falls below a specified level, when the cardholders withdraws cash, and when funding transfers are initiated. 

  • Blocked transaction alerts: Receive alerts when a transaction is blocked. You can choose to receive alerts for all blocked transactions, or can receive alerts only for specific types of blocked transactions (e.g., insufficient funds, invalid PIN).

  • Alert preferences: Receive alerts by text message, email, or both. You can also add additional email addresses to receive alerts for a specific cardholder, and note whether you would like to receive email notifications as they occur, or once daily. Text messages will be sent in real-time. Standard text message rates, fees and charges may apply. 

If you would like to receive all types of alerts, simply click the box on the left-hand side of the alert. Once the box is checked, the alert setting will be updated immediately. 

Alerts can be added or removed from the “Alerts” tab at any time.
