Remove a Bank Account
If you no longer wish to use a connected bank account to fund a card, you can remove it at any time.
In this article, you’ll learn how to remove a connected bank account.
Remove bank account
- Through your administrator dashboard, go to the dashboard for the cardholder for whom you would like to remove the bank account. Click on the “Funding” tab.
- If there is more than one linked bank account for the cardholder, find the bank account you would like to remove and click “Remove bank account.”
Reschedule upcoming transfers
If you remove a bank account, any upcoming one-time and recurring transfers from this account will be canceled and removed from your dashboard. Please reschedule any transfers that you would still like to make before you remove the bank account.
- If you have other bank accounts connected, you can transfer funds through those accounts.
- If you do not have another account connected, you can connect a bank account and then transfer the funds.
