Lifting a Temporary Block
If a cardholder enters the incorrect PIN too many times using their Card, or if our system detects many transactions with the same merchant in a short period, our system will automatically place the Card under a temporary block for security purposes. This means the Card cannot be used for purchases until either the temporary block has been lifted, or a new card is ordered and then activated.
If a cardholder confirms they attempted all of their recent card transactions, you can easily lift the block for them. To do so, navigate to the cardholder’s dashboard, and from the red banner, click the “click here” link as shown below.
Once clicked, the Card will be reactivated and can be used for purchases immediately.
