Lifting a Temporary Fraud Block

If a cardholder enters the incorrect PIN too many times using their Card, our system will automatically place the Card under a temporary fraud block for security purposes. This means the Card cannot be used for purchases until either the temporary block has been lifted, or a new card is ordered and then activated.

If a cardholder confirms they attempted the transactions and simply forgot or incorrectly entered their PIN, you can easily lift the block for them. To do so, navigate to the cardholder’s dashboard and click the “click here” link in the red banner notifying you of the fraud block.

Once clicked, the Card will be reactivated and can be used for purchases immediately.
