Transfer Funds to a Replacement Card

When a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card is replaced because the previous Card has expired, has been lost or stolen, or needs to be replaced due to normal wear and tear, the previous Card may still have a balance of funds available to spend. 

No action is required by you to transfer funds to the replacement card. When you activate the replacement card, True Link will automatically transfer any remaining funds to the new card. Funds will be available for use shortly after the replacement Card has been activated.
