True Link Card Fees
Monthly Fees
The True Link Visa® Prepaid Card has a monthly account maintenance fee of $12.00 per month. This fee will be charged on the first day of the month following Visa prepaid card activation.
- The monthly fee will not be charged unless the Card is currently active.
- The fee can be charged to a linked bank account or we can deduct the amount from the Card. If the balance is less than the fee, the remaining amount will come out of the next transfer onto the Card.
Card Replacement Fees
- We charge a $5.00 replacement card fee, as outlined in our Schedule of Fees and charges.
- If a Card is ordered with expedited shipping, it will incur the $5.00 replacement card fee and a $30 expedited shipping charge. For more information, please visit our Shipping Methods and Expedited Delivery article.
