Shipping Methods and Expedited Delivery

Most of our customers choose to order a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card with standard delivery, but you can opt for expedited delivery during the Card ordering process.

In this article, you’ll learn about our shipping methods and expected timelines, including how to expedite a Card shipment. If you would like to expedite your first True Link Visa Card order, please contact our Customer Support team and we’ll respond with additional information.

Shipping methods 

When you place a Card order, we offer two shipping options. If you are ordering a Card online, you’ll see both shipping options at the bottom of the Card order form:

Option 1: FREE shipping via USPS: This is our standard shipping method. Standard shipping is free of charge, and the Card typically arrives within 6 to 9 business days. 

Option 2: Expedited UPS shipping ($30.00): This is our expedited shipping method. You can upgrade to UPS shipping for $30.00. Expedited cards typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days of the Card order. 

  • When you select Expedited shipping you will have the option to pay the expedited shipping cost from the Card balance or via ACH from a connected bank account:

  • The UPS tracking number will be displayed on the “Account Tab” of your dashboard as soon as our card printer has completed and shipped the order. Enter the tracking number into the UPS website for estimated arrival details.

If you are working with our Customer Support team to order a Card via phone or email, rather than online, please feel free to ask about expedited shipping if you would like to upgrade to this option.

Additional information on shipping timelines 

Orders placed before 4 pm PT Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm PT or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please be aware that the business day delivery timeline begins on the date your Card order is processed.

We will contact you via email if we have any questions regarding your card order. Please note that this may impact the estimated arrival date. 

If you originally selected standard shipping and would like to upgrade to expedited shipping, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Support team

We do our best to accommodate shipping changes, though changes may not be possible after our team has processed the Card order request. Please be aware that any Card order change requests, including shipping changes, are only confirmed once you have received confirmation from our Customer Support team.
