Order a Replacement Card

Whether your card is lost or damaged, you can easily request a replacement card directly from your Dashboard. Each replacement card that is issued will come with a new, unique 16-digit number. Please be aware that ordering a replacement card will permanently close the current card.
- If needed, please review this article for the specific Dashboard link associated with your ABLE plan.
- Through your Dashboard, go to the Account tab for the card that needs to be replaced. Select “Order replacement.”
- Select the shipping address for the new card as well as the desired shipping method. If none of the addresses listed are applicable, you may select “Other” and enter your preferred address.
- To confirm your order, select “Request reissue.”
As soon as you click the “Request reissue” button, the current card will be closed. Once the new card arrives and is activated, any funds remaining on the previous card will be transferred to the new card for the cardholder to access.
