Monthly Fees for the ABLE Visa® Card

This article is intended for ABLE customers.

There is no monthly fee to use the Visa card for beneficiaries who reside in Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, Vermont, and West Virginia and have a STABLE account, or for participants in California’s CalABLE program. All other ABLE Accounts and states' residents will incur a monthly fee once the card is activated - please see the relevant Cardholder Agreement below for details regarding the monthly fee amount based on your state.*

The monthly fee is debited from the card balance on the first day of each month.
