Requesting a Detailed Transaction Report

This article is intended for ABLE customers.

The Transactions tab allows you to view transaction history, and it also allows you to attach receipts or notes to specific transactions. This optional feature can help you document purchases, either for personal use or in case you ever need to demonstrate that a purchase was a Qualified Disability Expense.

If you click the “Review transaction” button listed to the right of a transaction, you can upload receipts and add a note to include a description of what was purchased. You can also mark that the transaction was a Qualified Disability Expense (QDE).

From the Report tab, you have the option to generate a Detailed Transaction Report for any period which will include the transaction details and any notes, receipts, and QDE information you chose to enter. If you submit a request for this type of report, you will receive the report via email within 1-2 business days.

If you do not need a statement that includes notes and receipts, you can also download either a monthly statement (monthly statements for the previous month are made available on the 5th of each following month) or a transaction report instantly from your dashboard. These reports include all transaction and funding history for a specific period of time.
