How to log in to the mobile app

If you have not yet installed our mobile app on your smartphone, please review this article here.

When opening the mobile app for the first time you will be presented with two options. The option on top that says “I Use A True Link Visa Card” is where Cardholders can access their accounts. To access your account, click the green button that says “Use last 4 digits of card number”.

Once clicked, you will be asked to provide the last four digits of your Card number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your full date of birth. You will also have the option to click “Remember Me”, which will securely save the last four digits of your card to this screen for the next time you log in or use biometric login features.

If your smartphone supports biometric authentication, such as using your face or fingerprint to unlock your smartphone, you will also have the ability to use this with our mobile app. Using this will allow you to instantly log in without having to enter your information each time you open the app.

If you click “Remember me” on the login page, you will be prompted to enable your smartphone’s biometric authentication option to access your account.

While the biometric authentication method may vary from the example below based on your smartphone, this screen will look generally like the image below. If you would like to use biometric authentication, click the green button that appears on your screen. The next time you open the mobile app, you'll need to type in the last four digits of your Social Security number and date of birth again. After that, you can just use your face or fingerprint to log in from then on.

This feature is completely optional. If you’d prefer not to use biometric authentication and to instead enter your information each time you log in, you can click “Skip” below the confirmation button.
