What to do when a card is damaged

If your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card has become damaged, please contact your Card Administrator to let them know. They can work with our Customer Support Team to order you a replacement card in such a way that your current card will remain active. 

Once your replacement Card arrives and is activated, any remaining balance from your previous Card will automatically be transferred to the replacement. If you had a PIN set on your previous card, you will need to set it again for your new one. This can be done by following the instructions in this article
