What to do when a Card is lost or stolen
If your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card has been lost or stolen, the first step you should take is to deactivate your Card and request a replacement Card. The easiest way to do this is via our automated phone system.
To report your Card as lost or stolen:
- Call our automated phone system at 1-800-299-7646.
- Press 5 to report a card as lost or stolen.
- To verify your identity you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your Card number, the year that you were born, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Once verified, you will be prompted to press 1 to report your Card as lost or stolen.
You can also request to speak with a member of our Cardholder Support Team to report your Card as lost or stolen. To do this, call our automated system at 1-800-299-7646 and press 9 to speak with our Team.
Immediately after deactivating your Card both our automated phone system and our Team will reach out to your Card Administrator to let them know that you need a replacement Card. For any questions or requests for a replacement Card, please contact your Card Administrator directly.
