How to check your available balance

We offer four ways for Cardholders to check the balance of their card, all of which are available anytime.

Mobile App

For Cardholders with either an iPhone or Android device, they will be able to download our mobile app! Our mobile app can provide you with the available balance of your card, your recent transaction history, and when your next scheduled transfer will become available.

Automated Phone System

  1. Call our cardholder support line at 1-800-299-7646.
  2. Press 1 to check your available balance.
  3. If we do not have your phone number on file, you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your True Link Visa Card, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and the year you were born.
  4. Once we have verified your identity, you will be read your available balance.

Online

Cardholders can access their account information online from their Dashboard. To access your account you will not need to provide an email address or password. Instead, you will asked to provide:

  • The last four digits of your Card
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • Your date of birth.

To access your account, please use this link and enter the information requested. Once logged in, you will be able to view your available balance. 

Text Message

Cardholders with a mobile phone number will have the ability to text our automated phone system to receive the balance of their card. This can be done by following the below steps:

  • Text “balance” and the last four digits of your card to 1-800-299-7646.*
  • After a few moments, you will be texted back with the available balance of your card.

If you do not receive a reply after a few minutes it may mean that your mobile phone number has not yet been added to your account. To add your mobile phone number to your account please contact either your Card Administrator or our Customer Support Team and we’d be happy to help.
