When will I receive my next transfer?

Cardholders can confirm their next upcoming transfer either by using our automated phone system or via our mobile app. More information on each of these options can be found below.

Automated phone system

Cardholders can contact our automated phone system at any time to hear about upcoming transfers to your Card. 

To hear your next available transfer, please follow these steps:

  1. Call our cardholder support line at 1-800-299-7646.
  2. Press 3 to hear upcoming transfers.
  3. To help our automated system locate your account, you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your Card number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your year of birth.
  4. If a transfer is scheduled to become available in the next seven days, our automated system will confirm the amount of funds being deposited on your Card and the date funds will become available to you.

Mobile App

Cardholders with access to either an iPhone or Android device can download our mobile app to view their next three upcoming transfers. For more information on how to download our mobile app please review this article.

Once logged in to our mobile app, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will see the next three upcoming transfers scheduled for your Card.

The date shown in this list is the day your transfer will initiate, meaning that it is not the day funds become available. To confirm when you can expect your funds to become available, click on the transfer, and you will see a timeline for when you can expect funds to land.

For example, in the screenshot below, the transfer is set to initiate on March 1st, and become available 1-2 business days later.

While our team is always happy to answer any questions about your scheduled transfers, we encourage Cardholders to reach out to their Card Administrator for any questions related to the status of transfers or transfers that have not yet been scheduled.
