How to access your account online

All cardholders can view their card account online, which is where you can view the current balance of your card, recent transactions, download monthly statements, and view the current card settings that have been put in place by your Card Administrator.

To log in to your account, please visit this link to access the True Link Cardholder login screen.

Upon visiting the Dashboard you will be prompted to enter unique identifying information associated with your account. This was provided at the time your card was activated. Specifically, you will be asked to share:

  • The last four digits of the card number
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • The year you were born.

For Cardholders that have two names printed on their card, the information that will need to be entered is the name of the person who is listed on the first line of the card. If your name is not on the first line of your card, and you’d like to access your account online, please reach out to your Card Administrator and we’d be happy to work with them to determine the next best steps.
