Review recent transactions

Cardholders can review their recently made transactions either through our mobile app, our automated phone system, or via the Dashboard. Below is more information about each of these options, and how to access them.

Mobile App

The True Link mobile app offers a convenient way for Cardholders to review their recent transactions. This includes both approved and declined transactions. If you have not already downloaded the mobile app, and you have either an iPhone or Android smartphone, you can do so by following the instructions in this article. 

After signing into the mobile app, you will see the Recent Transactions section, which will show your three most recent transaction attempts. In the screenshot below, the three most recent transaction attempts were declined, which is indicated by the “Blocked” text included with each transaction.

If you would like to review more transactions, click the “See All Transactions” button, and you will have the ability to review transactions from the past 120 days.

Automated Phone System

  1. Call our automated phone system at 1-800-299-7646.
  2. Press 8 to hear your ten most recently completed transactions.
  3. To verify your identity you may be asked to provide the last four digits of your Card number, the year that you were born, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  4. Once we have verified your identity our automated system will read to you your ten most recently completed transactions.

As mentioned by our automated phone system, it will not provide information about transactions that are pending. It may take a merchant 1-2 business days to finalize a pending transaction. Once finalized, our automated system will be able to share the transaction with you.

Online

Cardholders can view their recent finalized transactions online via their online Dashboard. To access the Dashboard, use this link, and enter the information requested. You will be asked to provide the last four digits of your Card, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and your full date of birth.

Once logged in, your finalized transaction history will be viewable under the “Recent Transactions” section.
