Urgent EFTs, wires, and liquidity

If a wire transfer is needed urgently for a Standalone Account or a Pooled Sub-Account that is currently invested, please contact our Trust Support team at trustsupport@truelinkfinancial.com so we can ensure there is sufficient liquidity to process the wire. If liquidity needs to be raised to process a wire, notifying our team in advance will be the fastest way to ensure the wire can be processed quickly.

It is important to mention that raising liquidity generally takes 1-2 business days before the funds are available.

For non-invested accounts, if there is a sufficient cash balance, the wire will process on the Process Date.

Wire Processing For Standalone Accounts

When a wire is scheduled to process for a Standalone Account, our team will need to generate a Schwab Wire Form which will need to be signed by an Authorized Signer of the Standalone Account.

Schwab has a wire cut-off time of 11:30am PT. Most wires are processed same-day if they are signed before the cut-off.

  • Once a wire is processed, Schwab charges a $25.00 wire transfer fee which will be applied to the trust account.

Wire Processing For Pooled Sub-Accounts

When a wire is scheduled to process for a Pooled Sub-Account, True Link will process the wire and adjust the disbursement status once we see the wire has cleared. If we ever require additional information required to process the wire, our Trust Support team will contact you right away.

Our banking partners for pooled sub-accounts have a wire cut-off time of 1:30pm PT

  • There is currently no fee for processing wires for pooled sub-accounts.

Wire disbursement statuses:
  • Approved: The disbursement has been approved and will process on the scheduled process date
  • Processed: The wire transfer has been processed.
  • Cleared: The funds have cleared and the wire is completed.
