Returning funds from a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card

When a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card is closed, our team will return any remaining funds back to the beneficiary’s trust account. If they are part of a pooled trust, we’ll return the funds to their sub-account. For instructions on how to close a True Link Visa® Prepaid Card, please view this article.


Funds can also be returned without closing the card. If this is ever helpful, please email our team at trustsupport@truelinkfinancial.com with the name of the cardholder and the amount of funds you’d like to have returned.


For beneficiaries that are included in a pooled trust, you will need to make a deposit record on the Deposits tab of the beneficiary’s dashboard either after closing their card or requesting our team return funds to the beneficiary’s sub-account.
