Managing Recurring Transfers

If you need help making adjustments to a recurring transfer or skipping an upcoming recurring transfer, then this article is for you!

Editing an existing recurring transfer

Making edits to an existing recurring transfer is easy: you can locate the recurring transfer under the “Recurring transfers” section, and then simply click the “Edit” link shown to the right of the recurring transfer.

This is separate from any upcoming transfers that will be initiated by the recurring transfer, which are shown in the “Transfers in the next 7 days section”. Making adjustments to a recurring transfer will automatically update any upcoming transfers it has scheduled as well.

After clicking "Edit", you will see the familiar recurring transfer pop-up. Make any adjustments needed, then click the green “Submit” button in the bottom right corner.

Deleting an existing recurring transfer

If you would like to delete the recurring transfer, first click the “Edit” link shown to the right of the recurring transfer. Then click the red “Delete this recurring transfer series” button, which is at the bottom of the pop-up.

Once clicked, you'll be asked to confirm you'd like to delete the recurring transfer. To finalize the update to delete the recurring transfer, click the red "Confirm" button in the pop-up.

The recurring transfer is now deleted, and any future transfers that have been scheduled by the recurring transfer will be deleted as well.

Skipping upcoming recurring transfers

We also understand that sometimes you may just need to skip an upcoming recurring transfer without canceling the recurring transfer itself.

To do this, find the upcoming recurring transfer in the “Transfers in the next 7 days” section of the Funding tab, and click the “Options” link to the right of the transfer. From here, click “Skip transfer.”
