Administrator Access Code Management

Each administrator of a True Link Visa Card has their own 4-digit Access Code. This Access Code is used to confirm the identity of our card administrators when they call our team for account support. 

To view or edit your Access Code: 

1. Log in to the True Link website, and navigate to the Profile section of your account.

2. Scroll down to the “Your security settings” section, until you see “Access code: xxxx.” Click “View and Edit.”

3. Now you can see your current Access Code! If you would like to change your Access Code, click “Update.”

4. To update your access code, enter your new 4-digit code. Once you’ve entered your new code, the “Update” button will turn green. Click “Update” to change your Access Code.

5. Your access code is saved and displayed back to you. Click 'Cancel' to navigate back to your account page.
