Getting Started - How to Expedite Funding Availability

This article is for True Link customers who are scheduling their first transfer(s) from a linked bank account on the Funding tab of the Dashboard.

To protect both our customers and True Link, our Funding Team may wait up to five business days before making transfers available to your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card.

Over time, as we build a relationship with you and your funding account, you will find that transfers become available much sooner, with transfers scheduled before 4 pm PT becoming available one business day after they are initiated.

With this in mind, we also acknowledge that emergencies can happen, and you may know that your cardholder will need to spend money from their True Link Visa® Prepaid Card sooner than five business days from when you were able to initiate the transfer.

If this is the case for your cardholder, please email our Customer Support Team at support@truelinkfinancial.com and include answers to the questions below.

  • How did you hear about True Link?
  • For what purposes will your cardholder be using this True Link Visa® Prepaid Card?
  • Please attach a copy of a recent bank statement for the bank account you are using to add funds to the card. This document should list the account owner and account number.

With your reply, we will partner with our Funding Team, and do our best to make funds available sooner. Please note that we cannot guarantee that funds can be made available sooner than five business days from when the transfer is initiated.
