Reset Your Password

If you forget your password or need to update it for any reason, the fastest way to reset it is by clicking the Forgot your password? link on our login page

Once you enter the email address associated with your account and click "Send password reset email", you'll receive an email from us containing a password reset link within a few minutes. This link will expire after an hour. If you do not open it in time, you'll need to request to receive a new link. You'll know the password reset link is expired if you receive an error on the page stating "Token is invalid". 

Please note that you must also use the most recent password reset link so requesting to reset your password multiple times can result in using an invalid link.

Password Requirements

Your password must also meet the following requirements, otherwise, an error will occur on the page. The password requirements are as follows:

  • At least 8 characters
  • 1 number (123), 1 letter (ABC), and 1 special character (!@#)

Not Receiving a Password Reset Link?

If you’re not getting a password reset link, please check your email client for mailer@truelinkfinancial.com (if you do not see this email, please check your spam or bulk mail folders on the account). You’ll also want to make sure you’re entering your email address correctly in the ‘Forgot your password’ field.

If the reset password link isn't working and you're unable to access the account, please contact our Support team and include the following information:

  • The email address you're attempting to sign in with
  • What happens when you try to reset your password
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue
