Replace a Damaged Card

If a Card becomes damaged or inoperable, our Support Team can assist administrators with ordering a replacement Card in such a way that the current Card remains open while the replacement Card is in transit. Once the new Card arrives and is activated, any funds remaining on the old Card will be transferred to the new Card and the cardholder will be able to make purchases. 

While the replacement Card is in transit, the current Card may still be used to make purchases using the information on the card for online purchases if the Card is unreadable to POS machines.

If you want to order a replacement Card in such a way that the current Card remains open while the replacement Card is in transit, please contact our Customer Support team to request we order a replacement Card in this manner. Please note that ordering a replacement card through your dashboard will result in the current card being closed immediately.
