Download Reports

You can download a range of reports directly from your administrator dashboard, including monthly statements, transaction reports, and Card status reports. You can view reports for an individual cardholder or, if you administer multiple True Link Visa Cards, you can view reports for all of the cards you manage.  

In this article, you’ll learn how to download reports. 

Reports for individual cardholders

To download reports for an individual cardholder, select the individual cardholder from your administrator dashboard and click on the “Reports” tab. 

For each report type:

  • Select the relevant date range or month.
  • Click “Open” to view the report directly in your web browser or “Download as Spreadsheet” to save and view the file. The file will be saved as a .csv file. You can change the format to .xlsx if needed once downloaded to your computer.  

Please note that Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets will both open .csv files from True Link without losing any information.

If you would like to save any reports as a PDF, click “file” and select “print” on your computer browser. You can then select “Save as PDF” from the drop-down menu that provides printer options. 

You can select from three types of reports:

  • Transaction report: Lists all transactions on the True Link Visa® Prepaid Card for the selected time period.
  • Blocked transactions report: Lists all blocked transactions on the Card for the selected time period.
  • Monthly statement: Lists all transactions, transfers, and fees incurred for the month selected from the dropdown menu. 

Reports for all cardholders 

To download reports for all cardholders you manage, go to your administrator dashboard and click on the “Reports” tab from your administrator home page. 

For each report type:

  • Select the relevant date range or month.
  • Click “Open” to view the report directly in your web browser or “Download as Spreadsheet” to save and view the file. The file will be saved as a .csv file. You can change the format to .xlsx if needed once downloaded to your computer. 

If you would like to save any reports as a PDF, click “file” and select “print” on your computer browser. You can then select “Save as PDF” from the drop-down menu that provides printer options. 

You can select from four types of reports: 

  • Card status report: Provides an overview of all True Link Visa Cards that you manage, including balance, funding information, and details of the latest transaction 
  • Completed transfers report: Lists all transfers that have been completed across cardholders, including the transfer amount and whether the transfer is recurring or one-time 
  • All client statements by month: Creates a zip file with PDFs of all individual monthly statements for the cards on your account. Each cardholder’s PDF shows the transactions, transfers, and fees incurred. Note that this does not aggregate all of your cardholders’ information, but it is a faster way to download all individual cardholder statements. 
  • Transaction report for all cards: Lists all transactions that have been completed for all cardholders in one report, including purchases, transfers, and fees charged to the card.
