Order Your First Card

Welcome to True Link! We are excited to complete your True Link Visa® Prepaid Card order. 

In this article, you’ll learn how to create a user account and order a True Link Visa Card. 

Create an account and order your first card

New True Link users must first create a True Link account before placing a Card order. 

• Go to truelinkfinancial.com and click “Get a Card” in the upper-right corner of the screen, or visit https://member.truelinkfinancial.com/signups/questionnaire. You’ll be asked a few questions in the new user questionnaire, which helps ensure you’re set up to order the correct types of cards.

• Once you’ve reached the application page, follow the steps to create an account and order a card.
• Please be aware that in steps 1, 2, and 3 of the application, we are asking for your personal or business information, and in step 4, “Order your first card”, we are asking for the cardholder’s personal information. Following these steps correctly helps ensure that you and the cardholder will be set up correctly in the system. 

In Step 4 of the application, please enter the full cardholder name. 

If the cardholder name is more than 23 characters (including a space between first and last name), you will see a subform where you can enter a shortened version of the cardholder name to appear on the card.
