Card Programs

We offer different Card programs to meet specific customer needs. On our website and Card order form, you may see the following True Link Visa Prepaid Card program options:

• With standard features and access to in-network ATMs: If the cardholder needs standard features, including the Spending Monitor and Alerts, and also needs access to our ATM network, you should select our classic Card with standard features that includes access to our ATM network. Cards in this program are eligible for free ATM withdrawals at the 55,000 ATMs across the United States that are part of the Allpoint network. 
• With standard features but without access to in-network ATMs: If the cardholder needs standard features, including the Spending Monitor and Alerts, and does not need access to our ATM network, you should select our classic Card that has standard features but does not include access to the Allpoint ATM network.
• Designed for individuals in recovery: If the cardholder is an individual in recovery and needs standard features, including the Spending Monitor and Alerts, you should select our Card designed for individuals in recovery, which has standard features but does not include access to the Allpoint ATM network. 
• Designed for clients who aren't restricted on where they can spend funds: If the cardholder receives a spending allowance for personal use, you should select our Card designed especially for clients of representative payees. This Card does not include access to the Spending Monitor or alerts, and it   does include access to our ATM network. 
• Designed for individuals and beneficiaries with Special Needs Trusts: If the cardholder has a Specials Needs Trust, you should select our Card designed especially for these beneficiaries based on the guidelines provided by the Social Security Administration (SSA) in the POMS. Specifically, in accordance with these guidelines, this Card ensures that the trust beneficiary is not the account owner. This Card does not include access to our ATM network, since the SSA guidelines prohibit access to cash.
